This makes our fundraising program one of the few gourmet cake options truly safe to bring into school environments — no waivers, no workarounds, no exceptions needed. Every cake is baked in a facility where nuts are never present.
Our Lotsa Lemon cake takes allergen-friendliness even further — it is completely Dairy-Free and Soy-Free, containing only Wheat and Eggs. A delicious option for students and families with additional dietary restrictions.
